INGREDIENTS

This dessert may be the most simple dessert available on S&B.com.au

The beginning and the end take a few hours to set but the mixing and assembling are no more that 15 minutes combined.

You can follow the directions below or follow along with the...

5 min

1. Combine pudding mix, condensed milk and water ensuring all possible clumps have dissolved. Place in fridge for at least 4 hours.

2. Once the pudding mix has set whip cream to stiff peaks.

3. fold together the pudding mix and the whipped cream. It’s best the mixture isn’t fully combined, it’s nice to have veins of pudding throughout.

4. Crush the biscuits leaving some larger chunks for a little texture and air in the dessert.

5. Layer your crushed biscuits, sliced banana and mixture in a cup or large ramekin.

Best enjoyed day after as the biscuit and banana have had a chance to settle.

Hi, my name is

Chris

Chris here from Sliver and Bite, I have been creating desserts for 4 years and recently started creating real time cooking tutorials on social media. I have always prided myself on creating authentic food with real ingredients. When learning to cook I found a gap in the market for real time cooking tutorials. I slow the process down so the viewer is able to cook along.
