METHOD
1. Dice and mince your fresh ingredients
1.1 dice onion
1.2 mince garlic
1.3 dice tomato (remove 50% of the inside of the tomatoes)
1.4 mince basil
2. combine all fresh ingredients, add some pepper, salt and olive oil mix well. Cover and place in the freshly mixed ingredients into the fridge
3. toast your bread, several ways to execute this. I like to slice and brush olive oil on both sides and place into a fry pan.
4. with a whole garlic clove rub over the crispy bread, be mindful the taste transfers quite well.
5. scoop on some tomato mixture and drizzle some balsamic vinegar over.
