Caesar Salad

Plain it’s original creation but pack a punch with its zesty creamy dressing that elevates the classic dish with its rich flavours. Traditionally made with garlic, anchovies, egg yolks, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese, it strikes a perfect balance between savory and zesty.

OG Caesar Salad

1. Chop your lettuce into ribbons or rough squares place in a deep bowl.

2. Shave Parmigiano-Reggiano over the lettuce.

3. Drizzle your homemade Caesar salad dressing over the lettuce and cheese then toss either with flipping with the flick of your wrist or with tongs.

4. Plate up and dot some croutons over the top

This was the croutons don't become soft 

OTT Caesar Salad

1. Chop your lettuce into ribbons or rough squares place in a deep bowl.

2. Shave Parmigiano-Reggiano over the lettuce.

3. Dice the pan seared chicken and bacon then add to bowl

4. Finely slice the anchovies to your desired size and toss into the bowl.

6. Add the desired amount of Caesar salad dressing and toss.

7. Shave some Parmigiano-Reggiano over the lettuce and toss.

7. Plate up and dot some croutons over the top

This was the croutons don't become soft
