Recipe Card

Caesar Salad Dressing

INGREDIENTS

1 cup Mayonnaise

1 tsp 1-2 cloves Garlic

1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano

1 tsp 7g Anchovie paste

1 tsp 5g Red wine vinegar

2 tbsp 25g lemon juice

1 tsp 7g Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste 50g Milk

METHOD

1. Place all you ingredients in a food processor.

If you are confident that the 50g worth of milk will work pour it in however I suggest only pouring in half and when you go to scrape down the wall of the processor you can adjust the consistency by adding the rest of the milk. Its that easy!

2. Decant into a air tight jar / container.

 

You will never need to purchase bottled Caesar dressing again.
